  • When I purchase from your site and see the orders later, why do I see sub-orders with some of the orders I have made?

  • As is an emporium of top quality products from different vendors, an order you make with the site may contain items from many different vendors. This implies that your order may have more than one sub-orders each of which will be delivered by the respective vendors separately.

  • Why do I receive my order in many parts?


  • An order you make with may contain items from more than one vendor, and these sub-orders are separately handled by each vendor. That is the reason you get your items delivered in parts.

  • What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?

  • The vendors with take utmost care in packaging and shipping the items ordered by you. In the very unlikely event that your order reach you in a bad/damaged condition, you can inform the vendor and also the site administrator and get authorization from the vendor to send the items back.

  • How much time will it take to ship my items?

  • In normal cases, your items should reach you by no more than 3 weeks from the date of your order.

  • Can I purchase without registering?

  • No. You need to first register with the site and login to be able to shop with the site. However, you can browse and compare items even without logging in.

  • Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?

  • You can login to the system, go to 'Orders' section and update the status of each sub-orders (if any) to 'delivered' after you get your items in good condition.

  • I am a vendor. How will I sell my products through your site?

  • To be able to sell your products through you need to first register with the site as a vendor.

  • How will I receive the payments for my delivered orders?

  • You will charge all accounts for all orders including shipping.

  • Can I ship items in an order partially?

  • Yes,  You can ship the items in an order partially, however, the client needs to be notified that the order is not going to be shipped completely. It is highly suggest that orders ship in full, as it is not appealing.

  • What if some of my items donot fit into any of the categories in the site?

  • If your items donot fall into any of the categories listed in the site, you can request the administrator of the site to create the relevant categories using the 'Mail Admin' section. If the categories are found relevant, the administrator will be adding it for you.

  • How will I display my portfolio to the users?

  • You need to have a html portfolio page designed for publishing in the site. If you have any images on the page, please make sure that the image urls are absoulte urls pointing to some file accessible in the internet.
